The "Platinum Creditworthiness Certificate" is an award given in Slovenia by the rating agency Dun & Bradstreet (formerly Bisnode). It represents the highest possible credit rating, indicating that the company shows exceptional business stability and a very low likelihood of negative events, such as insolvency, account blockage, liquidation, etc. The certificate is recognized and respected across Europe.

How does a company achieve the Platinum Creditworthiness Certificate?

To be awarded the Platinum Certificate, a company must meet the following criteria:

1. Gold AAA Credit Rating for at least 3 consecutive years
   • The company must have a AAA (Gold) credit rating for at least three consecutive years.
   • This means:
   o Stable financial operations.
   o All obligations paid promptly.
   o No account blockages.
   o No significant past negative events.
2. Above-average financial indicators
   • High liquidity.
   • Low indebtedness.
   • Strong profitability (ROE, ROA).
   • Stable cash flow.
   • Compliance with legal and accounting standards.
3. No negative events in public records
   • No:
   o Insolvency proceedings.
   o Account blockages.
   o Tax debts.
   o Court cases affecting operations.
4. Transparency and up-to-date data
   • Regular filing of annual reports.
   • Accurate and current business data in public records.
