Firefighter's helmet Casco PF 1000 Extreme

Type A fireman helmet line, CASCO PF 1000 Extreme requires the requirements of DIN EN 443: 2008, above standard quality workmanship, requires 3 short durabilities as required by EN 443.

The helmet has a large integrated panoramic visor that can also be folded into the helmet case with gloves, giving an unobstructed view of obstacles such as stairs or ladder, no matter how much it is pulled out. It is made of polycarbonate, tested in the certificate according to EN 14458: 2004.

The 3D head clamp was divided into three surfaces, allowing the heads to be rounder, narrower or smaller in shape. The helmet thus gives heads of sizes from 52 to 64 cm. It also has a CASCO DiskFit ™ Vario wheel for a continuous inflating head circumference, which can also continue with gloves. The wheel is safely hidden in the helmet, protected by a magnetic flap. The inside of the helmet is available for use with a microphone.

There are 4 levels of adjustment available on the left to the right of the shadows. The padding of the forehead is 3-point adjustable, with very precise height adjustments in width. The height of the comfortable overhead net can be adjusted with 4 degrees adjustments at the back, and fine adjustment can also be made at the forehead using a hedgehog. The retina is required for cleaning or replacement, which can be removed.

The outer housing, which is made of composite fibers, contains 65% of the glass content. The 2.5 mm thick housing is sufficiently fire-resistant at the temperature resistance required by EN 443: 2008 three times longer than required by the standard. The exterior is layered with 4 coats of primer, 2 coats of paint in a protective coating. Quality 3M reflective stickers are also glued to this. An extended rear tab channels rain in another water away from the neck in direct to the dress.

The polyurethane core dampens vibrations in a polycarbonate housing. It can also be washed for high reasons for longer usage. The straps are borderless at the edges, both fire-resistant, 3-point and padded for comfort.

The outer casing is free of any finished openings, thus avoiding being in the casing of the casing such as e.g. water intrusion.

All helmet parts can be mechanically replaced as additional or replacement parts are available.

The price includes a door guard made of Nomex, and may have been purchased in leather, aluminized or extended.
