Natural persons who conclude a contract/distance purchase (via an online store) in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, have the right to announce within 14 days from the receipt of the goods at the info@gamat-shop.com address that they withdraw from the contract /purchase, without having to give a reason for their decision. The announcement must be in writing via e-mail (info@gamat-shop.com ) and with the attached cancellation form.
In the event that the buyer withdraws from the contract/purchase with a message on info@gamat-shop.com, he must return the received goods to our address within 14 days after the message. Gamat d.o.o. will transfer the amount of payment received for the returned goods to the buyer in his bank account as soon as possible, or. no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.
If the buyer starts using the product and changes his mind, he loses the right to withdraw from the contract/purchase.
Also, it must return the received goods undamaged, in the same quantity and with the original packaging undamaged, unless the goods are destroyed, defective, lost or their quantity reduced without the buyer's fault (It should also be noted that the conclusion The distance contract does not give the consumer more rights than otherwise concluding the contract in the traditional way (that is, by visiting the store).
The cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer.
Items that cannot be returned by mail due to their nature are picked up at the seller's request by a delivery service designated by the seller. The cost of returning the items is borne by the buyer.

If the contract is executed by a legal or natural person engaged in gainful activity, irrespective of its legal form or ownership, and in cases where the purchase is not made on the basis of a distance contract, the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall not apply. In these and similar cases, any requests for the return of goods will be considered individually, taking into account to the fullest extent possible all the reasons and circumstances.
Return of damaged shipments
