Firefighter Helmet Casco PF 112 Extreme

Firefighter protective helmet type A, CASCO PF 112 EXTREME complies with the requirements of standard DIN EN 443:2008, exceptionally high-quality construction ensures 3 times longer durability than required by the EN 443 standard.

3D headband is divided into three areas, allowing for a snug fit on rounder, narrower, or smaller heads. The helmet fits head sizes from 52 to 64 cm. It also features the CASCO DiskFit™ Vario wheel for stepless head circumference adjustment, which can be adjusted even while wearing gloves. The wheel is safely concealed in the helmet, secured by a magnetic flap. The helmet's interior is adapted for use with a microphone.

On the left and right sides of the visor, there are 4 adjustment levels available. The forehead padding allows for 3 adjustment levels, including precise height and width adjustments. The height of the comfortable overhead mesh can be adjusted with a 4-step adjustment at the back, while fine adjustments can also be made on the forehead using a Velcro strap. The mesh can be easily removed for cleaning or replacement.

The outer shell, made of composite fibres, contains 65% glass content. The 2.5 mm thick shell is extremely fire-resistant and provides resistance to temperatures required by the EN 443:2008 standard, three times longer than required by the standard. The exterior is coated with a 4-layer application of a base coat, 2 layers of paint, and a protective coat. Quality 3M reflective stickers are also applied.

The polyurethane core dampens vibrations and is protected by a polycarbonate shell. For hygiene reasons and prolonged use, it can also be washed. The straps have no edges, are fire-resistant, 3-point, and padded for additional comfort.

The outer shell has no drilled holes, reducing potential exposure in the design, such as water ingress.

All parts of the helmet are mechanically replaceable, as accessories or spare parts are available.
