INTERVENTION FIREFIGHTING SUIT S-GARD BASIC PLUS

The S-Gard BASIC PLUS series is developed for firefighting operations, especially for internal operations where a breathing apparatus is also used. In terms of price-performance ratio, this suit leads ahead of other protective clothing, with the jacket combined with these trousers being an ideal combination for the requirements of volunteer fire service.

INTERVENTION TROUSERS S-GARD BASIC PLUS

The BASIC PLUS trousers have many different features. The waist area is raised in cut for better coverage with a shortened jacket.

MATERIAL

Trousers made of HAWK 195 RS material. Lining made of 100% meta-aramid fleece.

Knees are reinforced with DuPontTM Kevlar® material with silicone-carbon coating and Para-Aramid foam for greater comfort when kneeling.

Trousers are waterproof (PU membrane).

JACKET CLOSURE AND PRACTICAL POCKETS

For front closure, a velcro is used. On both sides of the hips, there are dual pockets. One pocket is a real pocket where items can be stored, while the other pocket is not actually a pocket but an opening through which you can reach inside the trousers if needed.

There are 2 bellows or cargo pockets on the sides. In the right pocket, there is an additional convenient pocket for a knife.

SUSPENDERS AND REFLECTIVE STRIPS

Suspenders on the trousers are interchangeable.

Reflective strips on the jacket are double stitched twice. This extends the life of the jacket, as the jacket is often rubbed and the seams on the reflective strips are very exposed. Double double stitching provides twice the strength.

ADDITIONAL: Option to choose regular reflective strips or segmented reflective strips (at no extra cost).

NOTES:

In the Basic Plus suit, unfortunately, cuffs on the trousers are not possible.

This is the only suit from the S-Gard collection with EN 469 cl. 2 standard that does not have a Goretex membrane. There is a Goretex membrane in the cuff that is not compatible with the membrane built into this model of the suit, so S-Gard does not incorporate it into this suit.
