PAYMENTS

For the territory of EU countries, the buyer can choose the following payment methods during the ordering process:

• payment in advance by proforma invoice - by transfer to the bank account

In the case of bank transfer, upon confirmation of the order, the buyer receives a proforma invoice by e-mail, and the goods are shipped to the buyer upon receipt of the payment or the receipt of funds to the seller's account (provided that the goods are in stock or as soon as we receive the goods in storage) .

• payment by card - credit card/bank card (Mastercard, Visa or Maestro)

• payment via PayPal (allows the use of credit cards such as Eurocard / Mastercard or Visa etc.)

SHIPPING TIME

Delivery time: As our sales range is very wide, unfortunately, we cannot provide all the items in stock. If your ordered goods are not in stock in our warehouse, we will order it from our supplier and send it to your address as soon as possible.

The approximate delivery time of each item is stated on the individual item, written above the price ("delivery time"), we will do our best to deliver it to your address in the written time, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time as it depends from stock at the supplier.

In case the item is not in stock, we will inform you about the estimated delivery time.

DELIVERY

Delivery of the order for items in stock is:

• in the case of payment made by bank card / Paypal, on the same or the next working day after placing the order
• in the case of payment by proforma invoice, on the same or the next working day from the day of receipt of payment to our account, assuming that the goods are in stock in our warehouse.

In case of special requests, please enter them under the "notes" at the bottom of the order. Delivery is effected to your address, which you provided at check-in or order. In case you are away from home at the time of delivery, the supplier will arrange for you to resend, at no additional cost.

Delivery of ordered goods is performed by our contractual partner GLS.

SHIPPING PRICE
